Persea americana ‘Fuerte’ – Also known as Pear Avocado or Type B Avocado

Fuerte is a classic heirloom avocado with a creamy, slightly firmer flesh and a smooth, easy-to-peel green skin. Known for its excellent flavour, it's a vigorous tree that fruits over a long season. As a Type B flower, it's ideal for cross-pollinating Type A varieties like Hass or Reed, helping improve yield. The fruit is pear-shaped, medium to large, and ripens from late winter into spring.
