Pickup is by appointment only from the 1st to the last day of each month in Parkwood. Can’t make it that month? Ask us to hold your goodies for up to 30 days, or pause your membership anytime before the 1st of the month. You can cancel annual membership before the new billing cycle.

Can I skip a month or two?
Yes. Message us before the month starts. We can pause your membership for as long as you like! We can also hold your items for up to 30 days when you go away on holidays.

Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes — just let us know who’s coming in advance.

What happens if I forget to pick up?
We’ll remind you before the month ends. If we don’t hear from you and no hold was arranged, you may miss that month’s offer.

What’s in the monthly packs?
It varies — uncommon plants, cuttings, seeds, garden products, books, or seasonal fruit samples.

What if I already have the item?
You’re welcome to gift it or leave it behind at Primal Fruit Nursery. No swaps. The unknown makes these gifts exciting.

What if it’s not suitable for my garden?
We try to match most inclusions to Perth growers. Some items may prefer greenhouse care or be more advanced. It’s part of the fun.

How do I cancel or pause?
Just write to Cyrus directly. We’ll confirm once done. No refunds on monthly or yearly fees, but you can return any time.

Can I gift or transfer my membership?
Absolutely. You can gift a monthly or yearly membership to anyone who can collect from Parkwood or who lives in Perth Metro. Transfers are fine if the other person agrees to take over the payments.

Will the price go up?
Yes. We reserve the right to increase membership pricing. Lock in the current rate by choosing the annual plan — you’ll also save.
