Acai - Euterpe oleracea cv. Para Dwarf
The Para Dwarf Acai is a late-fruiting variety with large, elongated fruit and dwarfing characteristics, making it more manageable than standard acai palms. Self fertile.
Should be 30 CMS tall arriving 15th April RRP $155, The tree fruits at under 5m, making harvesting easier. Acai (pronounced Assa-ee) produces fruit with brightly coloured skin ranging from deep purple to red. The flesh is smooth, almost fibreless, and very sweet with high calcium and iron content. This variety is productive, consistent, and high in anthocyanins, known for their potential health benefits. Best suited to tropical climates, it thrives in warm, humid conditions.
