Primal Fruits Perth – Returns & Exchange Policy

We take pride in offering strong, healthy plants and high-quality products. Each item is packed with care, but due to the nature of live plants, we have a few conditions to keep things fair.

Live Plants

Because plants are living things and can suffer from shock, pests, or neglect once they leave our care, all plant sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, plant death after delivery, or improper planting.

However, if your plant arrives damaged or clearly unviable, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo and your order number. If we agree the plant was not healthy on arrival, we’ll offer a replacement or credit.

Products (Non-Living Items)

For tools, books, fertilisers or other non-living items, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Postage for returns is at the buyer’s cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Order Issues & Errors

If we made a mistake in your order, we’ll fix it—fast. Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange the right item or refund if needed.

Pickup Orders

Plants must be inspected and accepted at the time of pickup. Once they leave our nursery, we cannot accept responsibility for their condition.
