Longevity Spinach is a fast-growing perennial green that loves warm weather. It handles the hot Perth summer easily, providing you with a constant supply of fresh salad greens when traditional spinach gives up. It is a fantastic, hardy addition to any backyard food forest or patio pot.

This plant grows as a sprawling groundcover or a low climbing vine. It is incredibly easy to care for and bounces back quickly with regular watering and a bit of organic fertiliser. The smooth, green leaves can be eaten raw, added to morning smoothies, or thrown into stir-fries and soups.
